Most Nexus implementations go live in 6–10 weeks for a contained use case. Complex multi-system programmes typically run 12–20 weeks. We always prioritise a working pilot — you should be using the AI before the end of month two.

Pricing depends on the complexity of the use case and the volume of transactions the system handles. Most engagements are structured as a one-time implementation fee plus a monthly platform fee, typically ranging from £3,000 to £25,000 per month depending on scale.

Yes — and this is where we do our best work. Starting without entrenched legacy approaches allows us to implement best-practice architecture from day one. We include AI literacy workshops for your team as standard in every engagement.

All Nexus deployments default to UK-based infrastructure (AWS London or Azure UK South). We never use client data to train models for other clients. All data handling is covered by a comprehensive Data Processing Agreement.
